Take your worries. Lower them to 'concerns'. Then schedule a time with yourself when you need to work on that issue. At all other times, set it aside in a mental drawer where it is to be ignored until the right time, freeing your mind.
In John 14:27 Jesus says: Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
